Robin is absolutely wonderful, and if anyone were looking for a home in the Greenwich area you would do yourself a disservice if you didn’t call her. Here’s some context on our experience. We’ve lived in Manhattan for 2 yrs and have a baby coming so my wife started looking around Zillow (I have an office in Stamford so this area was a natural fit). My wife reached out and an appointment was set up for a Saturday morning at Robin’s office in Greenwich. I was really hesitant, as I felt that I needed to go with someone a friend would recommend rather than a random meeting through a website. That morning Robin pulled out a map and started down the path of educating us before we physically looked at anything. This really is her “backyard”, she’s very involved in the community, know the market/value, the difference neighborhoods/pockets, etc. Even when we found something we liked she would break down all the pros and cons. Meaning, she’s not just trying to sell a home, but really help people match their needs. She loves this community, has been here her whole life, and even restore old homes in the area in her spare time. So we found our home. It was perfect! That night she sent over all the comps for homes sold and on the market to help us find the price we should end at. One problem, there was another couple that was interested and much further along than we were. This was a home that was on the market for only the 2nd time in 6 yrs (built-in 2012 by the builder so we are basically the 2nd owners) and never made it more than 40 days each time. We walked it on a Saturday. She knew the sell-side realtor and immediately put us in the hunt. By Monday we were in escrow. Even the sellers were amazing and my wife and I got to know them well. We worked together on the move in/move out. I will leave out all the little details from here, but I will tell you that I honestly believe without Robin we would not have this home and would have had a very different experience. This is officially our 2nd weekend in the new home and we couldn’t be happier. The only negative is I’m pretty sure any future home buying experiences can only go downhill.

She was able to get us help from every possible angel from insurance to furniture to a generator and IT etc. I know if I needed anything else, Robin would have made it happen. There is a reason she has achieved what she has so far and I only expect that to continue. As a commercial real estate professional myself, it is hard to trust and outsource the home search to someone else. I never once felt that I wasn't in the absolute best of hands. Robin takes her job seriously and is appropriately aggressive and exceptionally responsive. I think she is particularly good with high end and discerning clients. I have since recommended her to a number of friends and colleagues and will continue to do so as she is so good at what she does. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Following a disappointing attempt to sell our home in 2015, we took it off the market. We decided to change realtors and selected Robin based on her reputation and following a lengthy meeting where she presented strong analytics on where we should price and how she would market our home. We put the house back on the market in early 2016 and just closed. Robin and her team clearly brought a creative approach and a sense of urgency that was needed in a tough market. She is very cool under pressure but has a reassuring interpersonal style that tends to get things done. The best of the best. I would only work with Robin.
